Receive one monthly invoice and waste no more time with petty cash and cash slips. Whatever the staff consumption, the monthly account will never exceed the contract price.
Pay-per-cup
Employer can choose to pay monthly bill according to usage for the month i.e. reading of usage for the month is taken and employer is billed accordingly.

Could be a beneficial option where there is a variable number of seasonal employees throughout the year.

Coin Operated
Cash sites viable in high foot traffic areas e.g. hospital visiting rooms, schools, office complexes/parks.

When installed in work places, staff can pay for own beverages, however deals can be negotiated and beverages priced accordingly.
